For professionals who are ready for their next chapter and want a trusted guide to get there. We’ll get clear on what you want, what’s in the way, and how to move forward with confidence.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years inside the recruiting world, sitting across the table from hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies and regional powerhouses, watching real hiring decisions get made up close. I know what gets people hired. I know what gets them passed over. And I know what gets in their own way.
That’s the perspective I bring to every coaching conversation at Summit Coaching Collective. I’m not coaching from theory. I’m coaching from what I’ve actually watched work for the people who landed where they wanted to be.
Before all of this, I spent six years overseas doing nonprofit work in Bangkok, Manila, and Buenos Aires. That season taught me how to meet people where they are and help them find their footing. That part of me hasn’t changed. It just shows up differently now.
If you’re ready for what’s next and want someone in your corner who actually knows the game, I’d love to hear from you.
Elevate your career through expert coaching focused on career clarity, confident transitions, and landing roles aligned with your goals and lifestyle.
Feeling stuck or restless? We’ll get underneath the surface and figure out what you actually want next, based on your strengths, values, and the life you’re building.
The right role won’t find you if the market can’t see you clearly.
We’ll sharpen your story so the
right opportunities start
showing up.
Your resume and LinkedIn are doing a job whether you’re paying attention or not. Let’s make sure they’re working for you.
Walk into every conversation knowing your value and how to communicate it. Forget the scripts. I do the kind of prep work that makes confidence feel natural.
I had been applying for months and getting nowhere. A friend referred me to Elizabeth and I set up an appointment with her. Within thirty minutes she had identified that my entire approach was built around what I thought looked good on paper instead of what I actually wanted. I walked away from that first conversation with more clarity than I’d had in two years of searching.
I had three final round interviews in a row and didn’t get a single offer. I was starting to wonder if something was just fundamentally wrong with me. Elizabeth and I got on a call and she asked me to walk her through how I was showing up in those conversations. She found it within minutes. Something I was doing early in every interview that was setting the wrong tone. The next offer I went for I got.
I had rewritten my LinkedIn so many times it stopped sounding like me. Elizabeth read it and said she couldn’t tell who I was from it. That stung a little but she was right. After one conversation we had rebuilt it around how I actually talk about my work and within two weeks people were reaching out to me instead of the other way around.
I had been in the same company for eleven years. I didn’t even know how to think about leaving anymore. Elizabeth helped me figure out that I wasn’t scared of change, I was scared of making the wrong change. Once I understood that, I could actually move.
Three ways to work together, depending on where you are and how much support you want along the way.
One focused session to figure out what’s actually going on and get you pointed in the right direction.
For when you know something needs to change but you can’t quite name it yet. Three sessions to get clear, show up differently, and start opening the right doors.
When the stakes are higher and you want someone in it with you for the whole journey.
I’m based in Ft. Collins, CO and work with clients virtually from anywhere. If you’re local to Ft. Collins, in-person sessions are available by request.
Here are the questions I hear most.
If you’re feeling stuck, restless, underutilized, or quietly wondering if there’s something better out there for you, coaching is probably exactly what you need. A lot of my clients look great on paper but feel off underneath. They know something has to shift, they just can’t quite name what. That’s where we start.
Real ones. My clients leave with clarity on what they actually want, a stronger story for the market, more confidence in interviews and conversations, and a clear path forward that fits the life they’re building, not just the career on paper. Most of all, they stop second-guessing themselves and start moving.
Not at all. Most of the people I work with are passive, meaning they’re not actively looking. They’re successful, comfortable on paper, and quietly thinking about what’s next. Some are exploring what could be better. Some are getting ready for a transition that’s still months away. Coaching works whether you’re ready to move tomorrow or just starting to wonder if it’s time.
Each package meets you at a different stage. The first is for clarity, the second is for repositioning and momentum, and the third is for clients who want me in their corner for the whole journey. If you’re not sure which one fits, reach out. I’ll help you figure it out on a quick call. No pressure either way.
